A love of learning

I read a quote the other day that said the job of an educator is to foster a love of learning.

And if a young child starts to see learning as a chore and links it to a sense of boredom and frustration, it’s game over.

It’s so true especially when it comes to learning how to touch type. The majority of the children we work with have tried learning on their own but have given up.

A touch typing programme has to be adaptable, multi sensory and dynamic. Working alongside a tutor, remotely or face to face, helps to make touch typing fun, varied and engaging. If they enjoy it, it’s half the battle.

That’s why the children we work with get such great results!
